1. Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website and the FlowNest Workspace software, regardless of ability or the assistive technology they rely on.

2. Standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We test the site against these guidelines and treat any shortfall as a defect to be fixed.

3. What we have done

• Semantic HTML structure with a single clear heading hierarchy on every page.
• A skip-to-content link at the start of each page for keyboard and screen reader users.
• Keyboard operability across navigation, the basket, forms and the checkout flow.
• Visible focus states and generous target sizes for interactive elements.
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images and decorative images marked as such.
• Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA thresholds for body text and interface elements.
• Responsive layouts that reflow cleanly down to 320 pixels and support 200% zoom without loss of content.
• Form fields with associated labels and clear, text-based error and status messages.

4. Known limitations

The embedded payment form on the checkout page is provided by Stripe and its accessibility is governed by Stripe's own standards. Some data tables in the reporting area require horizontal scrolling on very small screens. We are working to reduce these limitations.

5. Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email info@flownestworkspace.co.uk describing the page and the difficulty you experienced. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days and to provide the information you need in an alternative format on request.

6. Enforcement

If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service, which provides advice on accessibility and discrimination issues in the United Kingdom.

7. Review

This statement was prepared on 8 August 2026 and is reviewed at least annually, or whenever significant changes are made to the website or software.
