ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

1. Scope

This policy applies to everyone who uses FlowNest Workspace or this website, including all users within a customer's workspace. The account holder is responsible for ensuring their users follow it.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the software for lawful business and professional purposes, within the seat, project and storage limits of your plan.

3. Prohibited activities

• Using the software for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
• Uploading or distributing malware, or attempting to interfere with the security or integrity of the service.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data.
• Storing or sharing material that is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, obscene or otherwise unlawful.
• Infringing the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
• Reverse engineering, copying or reselling the software without our written permission.
• Circumventing plan limits, sharing seats between individuals or automating access in a way that degrades service for others.
• Using the service to send unsolicited bulk communications.

4. Fair use of resources

Unlimited allowances on higher plans are intended for normal business use. If usage is so far beyond typical patterns that it affects other customers, we will contact you to agree a reasonable arrangement before taking any other action.

5. Content responsibility

You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the right to store and process it, including any personal data belonging to your own clients.

6. Reporting misuse

If you become aware of a breach of this policy, email info@flownestworkspace.co.uk with as much detail as possible. We investigate all reports.

7. Consequences of breach

Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, remove offending content, suspend access, terminate the licence without refund, or report the matter to the relevant authorities.
